How to prepare Barbecued Fish recipe (Method/Procedures of cooking) :

1.
Wash and clean the fish.
Remove its fins but leave the head and tail intact.
Score the fish with 2 or 3 parallel diagonal slashes on both sides to the bone but not through it.

Mix together all the spices in a bowl and make a paste.

Apply ginger paste and garlic paste between fish cuts.
Marinate 10-12 minutes in a refrigerator.

Now apply all mix spices on fish cuts and marinate for another 10-12 minutes.

Heat BBQ to high medium.
Place the salmon on double foil.
Rub salmon fillet with olive oil.
6.
BBQ for 15 minutes, turning the salmon once.
Check whether its done.
Both the sides of the fish should get nicely grilled.
If not quite done, continue to BBQ.
7.
Delicious and spicy barbecued fish is ready to serve.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve hot with lemon slices, cucumber slices and mint chutney!
